Our team brings together PhD-level engineering expertise, decades of academic experience, and deep practical knowledge of the technologies we teach. We have built our own Experience & Learning Center in Raipur — a live showcase of everything we do — because we believe in showing, not just telling.

Dr. Rohit Dujari is the founder and director of EXA Technology and Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Armed with a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and a deep passion for applied education, Dr. Dujari established EXA with a vision to bridge the widening gap between what conventional classrooms teach and what the technology-driven world actually demands.
He leads all strategic, operational, and academic aspects of the company — from curriculum design and trainer development to institutional partnerships and business growth. Under his leadership, EXA has built its own Experience & Learning Center in Raipur and established itself as a trusted Ed-Tech partner for schools and colleges across Central India.
Dr. Dujari’s philosophy is simple: every student has the potential to become an innovator — and EXA’s job is to give them the tools, environment, and mentorship to realise that potential.

Dr. Brijesh Patel is an accomplished academician, researcher, and innovator whose career spans advanced academic research, higher education leadership, and cutting-edge technology development. He currently serves as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (Taiwan Tech), where he continues to push the frontiers of autonomous systems and AI-driven engineering.
Prior to Taiwan Tech, Dr. Patel served as Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Aeronautical Engineering at MATS University, Raipur — where he developed deep expertise in Aircraft Structures, Turbomachines, and Aircraft Systems, and established a reputation as an educator who brings industry-grade thinking into the classroom.
Dr. Patel’s research work includes the development of the “Indian Spotted Eagle Algorithm” — an original AI-based methodology for path optimisation in unmanned systems. He contributes to the global academic community through online lectures, technical notes, and mentorship programmes, consistently working to bridge the gap between industrial aerodynamics and modern autonomous technologies for the next generation of engineers.
As an advisor to EXA, Dr. Patel brings international research perspective, curriculum expertise, and a nuanced understanding of where education in robotics, UAVs, and AI needs to go.

Dr. Vishal Lichade is a veteran academician, technocrat, and entrepreneur whose 20+ years of experience in technical education have shaped the careers of hundreds of engineers and technology professionals. He currently serves as a senior faculty member at G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering (GHRCE) in Nagpur — one of Central India’s most prominent engineering institutions.
A strong believer in industry-aligned education, Dr. Lichade has authored foundational textbooks including “C Programming,” and regularly leads specialised workshops in IoT, Cyber Security, and Smart City Simulation that blend classroom theory with hands-on professional practice.
Beyond the traditional classroom, Dr. Lichade founded Softsense Technoserve — a technology education and mentorship venture through which he guides students in acquiring globally recognised IT certifications and developing patentable, research-grade innovations. His dual role as educator and industry consultant gives him a uniquely practical perspective on what it takes to prepare students for the modern technology sector.
